Patients (or their parents/guardians) may request a copy of their data, ask questions about how their information is used, or report a privacy concern at any time by emailing our Privacy Officer at familyfocusspeechtherapy@gmail.com. We will respond to your request promptly.
How we protect your information
- • All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- • Accounts are protected with strong password requirements and automatic sign-out after inactivity.
- • Clinical staff accounts can be protected with multi-factor authentication.
- • Access to records is restricted so that families see only their own child's information.
- • Access to protected health information is logged for accountability.
